About the Role:
MORANTE CLEANING SERVICES LLC is looking for a reliable and motivated Flexible Cleaner to join our growing team in Fort Meade, MD! Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting across assigned locations
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain high hygiene standards
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Wipe down surfaces, windows, and fixtures to ensure a polished, professional appearance
- Restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs to supervisors
- Adapt to varying schedules and job sites as needed to meet client demands
- Follow all safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Must pass background check.
- Must have a vehicle to travel between multiple job sites on the Fort Meade Campus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
